The presentation of PRELOM 06/07 journal took place in mid-winter Zagreb, down in the basement of a Zagreb Djuro club. PRELOM 06/07 is the first issue to be published by PRELOM kolektiv as an independent collective. The presentation of the first independent issue titled 'Theses on Politics EUROPE/AMERICA' was organised in conjunction with the opening of the 'The Continuous Art Class' exhibition and the Zagreb getogether. The presentation turned out to be a lively line-up of talks by the editors of PRELOM about the content of the publication and the details and difficulties of work that had been done to set up PRELOM kolektiv and of coming to Zagreb to present the first independent issue.
