"Whether we constantly keep the doors open, or only invite the public for certain events, I think we will have to decide together, when we are here. [... ] There will be a core group of people that knows something is going on, but needs to be informed if we want them to come."
One of the topics explored in 'It Will Be What We Make It' are loose collaborations with possible audiences. In a style of guerrilla programming, the audience is invited to become part of the performance by bringing content (music, ingredients, youtube film) for different events performed during the evening. 'It Will Be What We Make It' brought three such events under the title 'BRING YOUR...' which proved to be simple but effective collaborations between audience and performers. BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC (Power to the people - Saturday 17 November 2007) opened the space to anyone who wanted to share his/her favourite music. Tarek Atoui performed a life improvised mix sampled from the CDs brought in. In BRING YOUR INGREDIENTS (part of Good Night and Good Luck) - Saturday 24 November) a dinner has been prepared from ingredients brought by the audience. Admittance to the evening was given to any person bringing an ingredient for the dinner. The YOUTUBE FESTIVAL that same night featured a program with favorite YouTube videos from the audience.
